STRUCTURE:-

We provide heavy duty structure suitable for printing table which includes M.S. Channel, Legs, and M.S. Channels.

FEEDING DEVICE FOR CLOTH:-

As per out standard supply a horizontal cloth feeding device shall be supplied with Brake arrangement, swivel Tension device and an Ebonite coated Guide Roll & Brushing Unit.

BLANKET WASHING ARRANGEMENT:-

This Pre-cleaning of printing blanket device is equipped with Sponge Frame; water Jets, suitable Cylinders, S.S. Doctor Blades arrangement to wipe out water from the blanket along with our special device for [1] Suitable table sliding system [2] Very easy and comfortable lifting & lowering of the entire unit [3] most comfortable and time saving device to take out entire washing unit within few minutes in case of Periodic Cleaning.

GUMMING DEVICE:-

It is consisting of (1) Roll having suitable hardness to press the fabric.

(2) Pneumatic Pressure administrating device & rubber blade arrangement for applying Uniform glue-film.

COLOUR SUPPLY:-

Automatic color supply with electronic color level controller of the Pneumatic pump ensured that the color level in screen is always precisely maintained. The Pump can be reversed to

Return color from the pipes to the container so that the wastage of color minimized during color change.

FLOAT DRYER:-

Suitable float dryer Chamber is provided to dry heavily printed fabrics. The drying chamber is equipped with hot nozzle drying system. The air circulation is controlled by an axial ventilator system. The construction of the nozzle chamber guarantees a uniform distribution of the hot air over the entire surface of the fabrics. Suitable exhaust fans are also provided. Plating device with A.C. Motor Driven System with compensating roller is provided which is consisting of 10 nos. fan, Direct Mounting Drive arrangement, and 7.5 H.P. A.C. Electric Motor & Gear Box & Conveyor Unit etc. shall be provided with Machine with Radiator.
