2/Theproduction linesellerofferedisdesigned toprovideanannualoutputof3200TonsPPspunbondnon-woven fabrics(outputcalculationisbasedonproducedfabricweightedat50g/m2,equipmentrunning8000hoursannually),

theeffectivewidthof producedfabricis3200mm（50g/m2）,weightrange10—200g/m2.

3/Technicaldocuments  and drawing for conductingrequired civil work, equipmentoperation,  installation and maintenancemanual,productionwillbeprovidedbyseller.

4/Sellerprovidesturnkeyserviceto buyer, isresponsibleforlayoutdesignanderectionofproductionlineatcustomer site,productionlinecommissioning,operationtrainingtolineoperator.Sellerpaintsthemechanicalpartofproduction lineto colorthatbuyerchosenafter wholemechanicalpartsare installed.

5/ Buyer isresponsibleforprovidingworkshopthat canmeet applicationrequirementofofferedproductionline.Buyer providesassistance,collaboration,utilityfacilitylikewater,electricity,compressor-air whensellerisbuildingand erectingsteelplatformatbuyersite.

6/Sellerisresponsiblefordispatchingrequired2commissioningengineersand4installationworkerstobuyersite,and buyer  taking   care  of  the  costs  of  seller’s  engineers   and  workers  at  buyer  site  such  as:  round  trip tickets,accommodation,travel

7/Packagingrequirement: largepartswrappedinseveralturnsoffilms,smallpartsboxedinwoodencrate,each packagedis numberedandpackedtoeasyloading/unloadingand installationpurpose.

14/Liability forbreachofcontract:Sellershallindemnify andsaveBuyerharmlessforphysicaldamageandloss resulting directly andsolelyfromproduction linedesignfailure,qualityissueofmechanical equipmentduringthe performanceof theequipmentonthepremisesofthe Buyer.

15/Arbitration:     AlldisputesinconnectionwiththeexecutionofthisContractshallbesettledfriendlythrough negotiation.Ifanattemptof settlementhasfailed,thedisputesshallbefinallysettled inaccordancewithcontractlaw.
